Note:

You will need to pick up a key at City Hall, Mon-Fri between 9:00-4:00 before your rental date. Please remember to clean area, sweep floors, put garbage in the dumpster in the parking lot, report any damage, lock all doors, return the key to City Hall. Your security deposit will be returned by a check from the City after clean- up approval from Parks & Recreation.
